Starting in Nursery

Welcome to Much Wenlock Nursery

A dedicated Early Years Nursery for 2-4 year olds situated on our school site and surrounded by our wonderful outdoor field and playing areas.

This is led by a qualified Teacher and our team of dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants who teach, care and nurture our children to develop their curiosity, awe and wonder of the world and help them grow as individuals.

A Typical Day at Much Wenlock Nursery

From the moment your child steps into our nursery, they will be immersed in a world of creativity and discovery. Whether they’re painting, digging in our garden, or exploring during forest school adventures, your child will learn actively through a rich and varied curriculum designed to spark their curiosity and develop critical thinking skills.

Flexible and Affordable Childcare

Our nursery is open 39 weeks of the year, term time only, from 8.30 to 15:00.  We are flexible about the sessions and will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

 

Session Times:

 

Morning Session – 08:30 – 11:30

Lunch 11:30 – 12:00 (£3)

Afternoon Session – 12:00 – 15:00

 

 

We proudly accept 15-hour and 30-hour funding, as well as Tax-Free Childcare. Our team is happy to discuss the various options available to you.
